What the membership includes
VIP members receive priority service for routine and emergency calls, with the earliest available appointment on our technician’s schedule. Members also receive 10% off parts and services and 5% off installed equipment, subject to the terms below. Free estimates are included throughout your active membership; diagnostic services, when needed, are additional.
The membership includes an annual whole-home plumbing inspection. The inspection review and applicable services are performed together during that visit. Tell us about existing concerns, equipment, and access requirements when you arrange it.
Your annual inspection visit
Your annual visit includes an overall diagnostic of your home’s plumbing, fixtures and equipment; a written report of findings; a tank-water-heater drain and flush (tankless models excluded); a main sewer line camera inspection through an accessible sewer cleanout; and a professional water-quality evaluation. These included services are performed together during the annual inspection. Discounted tankless descaling is available separately as described below.
We explain the inspection findings and recommended next steps. Repairs and equipment replacement are separate from the inspection and require your approval.
Tankless maintenance for active members
Regular tankless flushing and descaling is $395 for one water heater. Active VIP members receive this service for $225 during their annual home inspection. Working service valves are required. Missing, leaking, damaged, or worn valves may require separately priced installation or replacement. Confirm the model, access, and service-valve condition with our team. Other discounts do not apply to this discounted service.

Moving? Your membership can move, too.
You can transfer your plan to your new home within Gulfview’s service area or to the buyer of your current home. Contact our team to arrange the transfer; the membership covers one eligible property at a time.
Important membership terms
The membership covers one single-family residential property in our service area. Benefits and discounts are available only while the membership is active. Other discounts and coupons cannot be combined. Fixture and equipment installation discounts apply only to items furnished by Gulfview.
Cancellation within 180 days carries a $50 fee or the total membership discounts received during that period, whichever is greater.
