Property plumbing or a City utility issue?
When you call, explain whether the issue is limited to one fixture, affects the whole property, or also appears to affect neighboring properties. Gulfview can assess private plumbing, but we are not the City of Clearwater utility department. A suspected public water-main problem, utility outage, or billing question may need the responsible utility rather than a fixture repair.
Use the City’s Report a Problem page for official reporting routes and current utility emergency information. Do not wait for an online service request when there is an urgent utility hazard. Check your utility bill to confirm the provider serving your property; a Clearwater mailing address alone does not establish every service boundary.
Water quality: start with the local report
Clearwater Public Utilities publishes an annual consumer confidence report. Its water-quality page provides the report, testing information, and a route for questions. Review the report for your actual supplier rather than assuming every Clearwater property has identical water conditions.
For a treatment consultation, tell Gulfview whether your concern is hardness, taste, odor, equipment performance, or a specific test result. Qualifying Gulfview-furnished materials carry a two-year residential parts and labor warranty; commercial coverage is one year where applicable. Customer-supplied materials are excluded, and drain cleaning does not carry a warranty. Confirm the terms for your specific work.
