Start with the symptom
Tell us whether the problem is a drip from the spout, moisture beneath the sink, difficult operation, reduced flow, or a concern at the tub or shower. Mention whether it affects hot water, cold water, or both. Similar symptoms can have different causes, so the repair should follow an assessment of the fixture and connections.
Faucet repair or replacement
The availability of compatible parts, condition of the fixture, and nature of the problem help determine the options. A repair may address a specific component; replacement may make sense when damage, recurring problems, unavailable parts, or your preferences justify a different fixture. Shower and tub valves
A visible handle or trim change is not necessarily the same job as replacing the valve behind the wall. Explain whether the goal is to correct operation, address a leak, or change the appearance. Ask what parts are compatible, where access is needed, and who is responsible for any wall or tile restoration. These details matter when comparing proposals.
Three-handle to single-handle conversion
Gulfview converted the older three-handle tub and shower faucet shown in this project to a single-handle control. The finished installation uses a chrome oval cover plate over the access opening. Ask us to assess your existing valve, available access and trim options before planning a similar conversion.
Does your shower squeal or whistle?
Tell us when the noise occurs: only with the shower running, when switching from the tub to the shower, or at other fixtures too. Note any change in flow, temperature or handle operation, and mention recent plumbing work. A noise alone does not identify which part needs replacement. We can assess the fixture and related plumbing before recommending a repair; do not buy a cartridge or adjust a pressure regulator based only on the sound.

Includes a Moen Adler two-handle bathroom faucet or comparable faucet in chrome for a compatible 4-inch-center, three-hole installation, a new pop-up drain assembly and braided metal supply lines. Gulfview furnishes and installs the faucet and checks operation, drainage and connections for leaks.
Kitchen faucet starting at $425
Includes a Moen Banbury two-handle chrome kitchen faucet with separate side spray, installation materials and labor, and removal of the existing faucet. The package uses compatible existing sink or countertop openings and water supplies. Accessible shutoff valves are checked, along with water flow, temperature control, spray operation and connections for leaks.
Tub/shower faucet starting at $1,295
Gulfview furnishes and installs a Moen Chateau single-handle tub/shower faucet in chrome, including the faucet and installation labor. Confirm access requirements and whether any remodel plate, wall repair, tile or other restoration is included in your estimate; do not assume those items are part of this starting price.
Outdoor hose bibb starting at $315
Gulfview furnishes and installs a quarter-turn brass hose bibb on compatible 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch piping, including the hose bibb and installation labor. Excavation needed to reach existing piping or the hose bibb costs extra. Confirm access and the final scope before approval.

These installation services include inspection of existing shutoff valves, connection of water supply lines, and operation and leak checks. The faucet itself is not included. Any additional repair or modification is identified separately for approval. Gulfview’s installation workmanship and Gulfview-supplied materials carry a two-year residential or one-year commercial warranty; the customer-supplied faucet and existing plumbing are excluded. Manufacturer coverage is separate.
