Not necessarily. A restriction may be in the trap or farther along the drain, where a new sink would not solve it. We inspect the affected plumbing and explain whether cleaning, a fitting repair or further investigation is needed. Let us know if other fixtures back up too.
Can I request plumbing work for a rental property?
Yes. Call with the Holiday property address and requested work so we can confirm availability. We will need access arrangements and someone authorized to approve the work. If the repair could interrupt water to another unit, that coordination needs to be included when planning the visit.
