Low flow alone is not proof that a home needs repiping; valves, fixtures, supply conditions, and treatment equipment can also affect performance. Piping furnished and installed: starting prices
One-bathroom whole-home repipe starting at $6,500
Gulfview furnishes and installs new hot- and cold-water piping throughout a one-bathroom home using red and blue Uponor PEX-a. Includes materials and labor, a brass main shutoff and pressure-relief valve, appropriate shutoffs and devices to reduce pipe banging, quarter-turn fixture valves with chrome trim, and braided-metal supplies where applicable. Exterior faucets are replaced in the same or similar locations with backflow protection.
The route is reviewed before work begins. Includes pipe supports, insulation and protection, sealing new pipe openings, disconnecting and sealing old water piping, and testing the new system. Necessary drywall or plaster access openings are included, but you arrange and pay for drywall, plaster, texture, paint and tile restoration after the plumbing inspection passes. Hidden conditions may require more access openings. Additional bathrooms and multi-story properties have different pricing; the estimate defines the complete scope.
Main water-service installation starting at $1,500
Gulfview furnishes and installs 3/4-inch PEX main water-service piping, including service-line excavation, required installation components, a new main shutoff valve and a thermal expansion device. Difficult access and concrete removal cost extra when required.
The route and estimated length in your proposal define the included scope. This starting price is not an unlimited-length installation or a per-foot rate. Larger pipe sizes and different routes or lengths have separate pricing. Scope or price changes require your approval before additional work. A water-service line and a whole-home repipe are separate projects unless both are expressly included.
What affects the estimate?
The number of fixtures, length of piping, building layout, available access, and material selection can change the scope significantly. Avoid comparing two estimates on the final number alone if they include different work. Diagnosis, equipment, and applicable permit or code requirements also affect the estimate.

Warranty and scheduling
Qualifying materials furnished by Gulfview carry a two-year residential parts and labor warranty. A one-year commercial warranty applies where applicable. Customer-supplied materials are excluded, and drain cleaning does not carry a warranty. Ask which terms apply to the work in your estimate.
A project schedule is confirmed after the scope and property requirements are understood. Tell us about occupied units, tenant access, or other work that needs coordination.

Will every pipe be replaced?
The written scope defines what is included. Discuss supply lines, connections, shutoffs, and any existing sections that will remain.
Can we use water during the work?
Service interruptions depend on the project. Confirm the planned shutoffs and how the work will be coordinated before scheduling.
Does a repipe include drywall and paint?
Not automatically. Ask who handles access openings and restoration, and make sure responsibilities appear in the estimate.
